Terms

These terms govern access to 1API Club accounts, API keys, dashboards, credits, billing tools, and model access services. They are written for operational clarity before final legal entity and governing law details are confirmed.

Acceptance

By signing in, creating an API key, topping up credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy page, and the Refunds page. If you use the service for a workspace or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that workspace or organization.

Service and model routing

The service provides API access, dashboard controls, public model ids, delivery lane preferences, usage records, and prepaid credits. Model availability, latency, pricing, limits, and provider behavior may change as cloud infrastructure, payment systems, AI model infrastructure, or platform requirements change.

Accounts and API keys

  • You are responsible for workspace activity, invited members, API keys, and requests made through your account.
  • API keys are bearer credentials. Store them safely, rotate them when needed, and revoke any key that may have been exposed.
  • We may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect users, providers, payment systems, security systems, or the platform.

Customer data and API content

You retain your rights in customer data and API content. Routed API prompts and responses are processed transiently and are not stored by our platform after routed API requests complete.

Usage metadata, including token counts, request time, status, latency, public model id, delivery lane, and charge details, may be retained for billing, audit, export, abuse prevention, support, and legal obligations.

Billing, credits, and refunds

Usage consumes account credits according to the pricing shown in the product and the public model, delivery lane, and billable quantities used for each request. Payment records, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may be adjusted for delivered usage, fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or legal requirements.

Paid credits
Added after verified payment processing.
Promotional credits
Granted separately from paid credits and may be limited, expired, or removed according to product rules.
Refund review
Handled through verified payment records, usage metadata, and account records, not prompt or response content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, harassment, exploitation, illegal activity, sanctions evasion, or attempts to bypass rate limits, delivery lanes, billing controls, security systems, provider requirements, or lawful abuse-prevention controls.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, tiers, prices, limits, routes, dashboards, or policies. These terms do not create a formal uptime SLA, enterprise support plan, or compliance certification.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided for API access and workspace operations as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded where they cannot be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, abuse, illegal activity, payment failure, policy violations, provider requirements, or legal obligations. Some billing, audit, security, and dispute records may remain after termination.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product, payments, provider requirements, or legal obligations change. For legal questions, email legal@1api.club or open a support ticket from the dashboard.
